My complaint:
The toliet broken had to remove the lid to flush toliet..sink was clogged my husband picked. Up drain it was filth..the carpets stained smelled like animal urine feces literally still dirt on carpet not a little either I got pictures. They charged us $40 on our CC so they can charge any damages etc on our card they best not put a penny on it!!! The door on room 141 is not safe you can see into room due to door damage..I’ve never seen such filth in any motel or hotel I hate to say this but I think I’m going to dispute a pymt for room yes we stayed here but only cuz we pre paid thru paypal on line we had maybe 5hours to sleep before catching my flight to Orlando..Filthy broken stained room!
Suggested solution:
Completely return $40. Charge at least half of our room price after all our bathroom was disgusting had to pull chain to flush just filthy if I could minus stars it would be -20stars
