My complaint:
I was there for a week but one June 28th i was asked to come to the front desk about my payment n not even 30 mins had passed the police was called for a disturbance n my cat was stolen from my room ….they dropped the charges soon while the police was there but my cat was gone …..n they act liked I never visited the hotel n I didn’t have a cat
Suggested solution:
The cameras should be pulled up to room 130 that morning before check out time witch is 11:00 ....my car was my everything
