My complaint:
I booked a 4 night stay due to water issues at home. When I arrived I was told I needed to put up a 250.00 deposit. This is after I booked online and paid. I’d number 797314542

The night b4 I left ur toilet stopped up… I did not flush as it would flow out onto floor. It had went down by the am so I shut the water off , wiped up the area as best as I could and checked out. I advised the front desk about the problem. They said no problem and now I find out I only received 150.00 of 250.00 dollar deposit. I feel scammed and I’m a single disabled female. Plz make this right. Thank you
