My complaint:
On August 5th I booked a hotel room for the 7 but due to a family emergency I had to cancel it the next day. I was charged $622.39 on my Credit card. I called the Red Lion in Butte and a lady with a broken language answered and after I told her about the charge she left the phone line open for approximately 15 minn. The staff were fighting and quarreling all that time using fowl language. As I kept the line open I text my daughter and told her to try calling them. She did and I could hear the phone ringing on the open line and no one answered it. After the 15 minute i hung up and finally I was able to recall and a gal by the name of Christina answered and apologized for the open phone and wanted my email so that she could give me a ation email and the money back. So far I have not received an email. My late husband and I were very loyal customers of the Red Lion. Would you please have a representative call me at 509.750.1365. Thank you and I will await your reply
