My complaint:
I am on 2 pensions for disability and I have had $ 494.00 withdrawn from my Deposit Only account
the Royal bank failed to stop 2 payments last summer and couldn’t guarantee they could protect my money so they helped me open the savings account . They said I didn’t have to worry about any unapproved withdrawal from there
My pensions total 1500 per month deposited on the 27 th of each month and the day of deposit there was a withdrawal made of 494.00 from that account
Royal bank at first tried to say i didnt have deposit only but its been proven that they helped me set up a deposit only account
Its been almost a month since they allowed $494 be taken from that account and I am sitting here with no money left for my insurance or groceries
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money plus overdue fees and stress caused because of the disruption to my life because of their mismanagement and slow responses to this matter
