RBC Royal Bank complaint: Frozen my account when covid first started and it hey have no access to my account or my funds.

My complaint:

I have never had any difficulty with banking. Until I made the choice to cash a few of my friends CERB checks. I’ve been cashing third party checks in this bank account for the past few years and never encounter and problems.i always used my better judgment and ensured I have all the necessary information in case any problems arise. Then the day came I no longer had access to my account. They would answer any of my question or alow me to have any of my mo ey that have already been verified and approved. I’ve been at the bank multiple times. One teller told me it would take z week or two before e I can gain access to my account t well this was 2 years ago and I once again went to the branch closes to me and still no answers, no access. NOTHING… THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I WANT MY MONEY.THEY HAVE NO REASON TO HOLD MY FUNDS AND DENIE ME ACCESS .

Suggested solution:

Let me withdraw my funds and close my account. I ll never deal with this company again.
