Ralphs Grocery complaint: selling Rotten Meat with NO RETURN policy

My complaint:

Bought two steaks reduced, brought them back 15 mins later as they are ROTTEN! Manager Brandon claims “they are on sale for a Reason” no return allowed- filing complaint with state and bbb –

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back for their ROTTEN MEAT!
