My complaint:
I got of of work and went into the Encino Ralphs to return a few items that I purchased the day before with my rewards card number and a combo of gift cards from work and my debit card
I asked one of the four employees in a group chat where customer service was and an employee with no name tag said she would help me.
She said nothing to me after that but grabbed my entire bag of my return items and my clothes andy lunch from work and slammed them on the counter and confiscated almost everything. She threw my Ralphs bag at me with one item in it and proceeded to throw my home cooked food in the garbage I chased herto get it back oubo the trash
I am still not understanding what is happening at this moment. She took items that I wasn’t even returning. She never asked for my id or receipt.
I was robbed by the manager who said nothing to me but get the fuxk out of here u bitch and ur not getting any of your shit back. What the heck is happening. I went to my son who was waiting for me outside and was crying so he went inside and the same lady cussed my ucla grad student out
Why why why
I have ever been so disrespected in my life a few employees were involved after the fact and told me a few things about the manager

Why why why
I was only trying to return the lock!!! I needed it for my storage and it wasn’t a cylinder one.
