My complaint:
what a rude!!
I went there for buying slice ham from Dali department on
Oct.20.2022 6pm.
They usually cut the ham and I can control ham Thickness.
I ordered 2 very thin for 10 slices,
the girl working at the ham section(fat and short),
She just cut it whatever she wants.
I asked for ham is too thick and she goes the cutting machine is broken so whatever is just take it. Isn’t she supposed to say it before cutting and buy it? She just ignore me.
She was staring me up and down giving me a dirty looking.
What a rude and ruthless.
Suggested solution:
I complaints about this happened to floor manager after I paid.
Manager also act almost same.
They need to choose right person to work at the store at least normal attitude.
Also what happened today at the store, I feel very bad for being racist and they need to apologies for that.
