My complaint:
My family has enjoys the Dark Chocolate Dove Bars ever since they’ve come out. I live close to this market and 22 times out of 25 the row for Dove Dark Chocolate Bars always out!! I purchase 7 to 9 boxes at a time if there a small chance there in. So frustrating. Now I’ve talked to the manager, and he said he’d talk to the ice cream guy that works that area. I come back 2 more times and nothing. Manager said maybe you should come very early in the morning! I have! Nothing! This time I talked to the meat guy because Ice cream guys never in. He said, ohh don’t complain to manager everyone laughs at the managers here because they do nothing. He said, go online, you will have better results. So here I am. Pls help. I hope this is the right area to place my complaint and Ralphs will see this. Ohh and I have family members and myself drive to next city to pick them up. Now this is not right. What a waste of time and gas!
Suggested solution:
Pls order extra boxes of these Dove Dark Chocolate Bars. Obviously, many people love this type of ice cream bars and yet the shelf is ALWAYS EMPTY. Someone just not doing their job.
