My complaint:
We paid advance to hotel for marriage function, due to entire family got Covid we had to postpone the function and later government issued guidelines to cancel all social gatherings. Hotel denied to refund or issue vouchers
Such big international groups just stealing money from innocent fooeple and looting general public
Suggested solution:
By refunding amount or issuing vouchers which we can use in any future functions without any complications.
