My complaint:
I stayed at that location for 2 nights free using points. I didnt charge anything to my room. Next my credit card was charge $60.00 which was 0.00 per night i was told by customer service. that person at customer service was trying to contact the hotel manager. So far i have not heard back about reversing the charges to my card.
Suggested solution:
Please reverse the charges and contact the hotel manager to find out why this is taking to long
