My complaint:
I am currently dealing with an issue over voucher cards given to me as gifts . The covid period meant we could not use them . They had just expired .,I contacted the required organisation and sought to claim back . One card went through the other didn’t . There was no reason for this so I sought help contacting required email . Issue has run around in circles with initiatives suggested but not taken it’s very annoying that all facts Keep being asked for when they have been given details . Statements made about resolving just hang in mid air . It’s a disgrace .,
Suggested solution:
Assist to explain why second Voucher card isn’t going through
Realise it’s crude to deduct admin fees from an out of dated voucher card after a covid period of lockdowns
Refund the admin deductions after suggesting in an email that’s what could be done
Or issue a credit to be used at a Radison hotel
Preferable dine soon to allay stress levels
