My complaint:
According to their Best Rate guarantee if I book a stay and am able to find that same hotel room at a better rate online within 24 hours, Radisson promises to match that rate and then give and additional 25% discount.
I was able to do this, prove how I found it and book at the lower rate as well that is not listed on the website.
They initially denied me so I called customer support to discuss this with them further as I was able to provide MULTIPLE websites where that rate was stated. I was hung up on 3 times but their customer service reps.
Suggested solution:
They should at least follow their guarantee and provide the lower rate plus the offered 25% off!
