Radisson Hotels & Resorts complaint: Horrible experience

My complaint:

This was our anniversary weekend that we so look forward to we arrived early to check in and we were told that their whole systems down the whole lobby was full a man was yelling in the lobby to everyone that he was manager of another motel and they should have a manual system to check people in and out the managers refuse to show their faces we were told that we needed to wait outside till it came up which could be hours and it did take 3 hours we had to sit in the hot sun we had to pay for our own drinks and then for compensation we were told that we were going to get a upgrade in a room in the room that they wanted to give us had less than what we had already paid for so the room that we had paid for we got in it wasn’t the nicest room the bed was horribly hard all they did was take off the resort fees and gave us a breakfast voucher which we won’t use because we are vegan the manager Roma to do anything comp anything so we had to talk to the general manager who would be there next week she promised to call back over the weekend which never did happen

Suggested solution:

Give a free night .Comp something other than breakfast. This whole experience ruined our first anniversary.
