My complaint:
After traveling 3 hours with 6 month old baby I was turned away from check-in as I had a copy of my passport and not the original, even though I was a member and had stayed at this hotel before and My details were on record.It was a terrible jouney with a baby and I had to the same aagin at 5 pm in the evening
Suggested solution:
I would like to see their policy on checking in with a copy of passport as I dont believe this.
