My complaint:

My family and I were spending our 2nd night at the hotel during our 4 night stay. At around 4:30am, I noticed the toilet was clogged and called the front desk. I was told there is no house keeping and no one would be able to do anything until the morning. I asked the person what did he suggest I do, and he suggested that he is only able to provide me with a plunger, at which point I became LIVID.

I told him to note my account that I will be requesting a refund for this and told him we needed the plunger. My husband spent 30 plunging the toilet, to no avail. I called the front desk again to ask if there was a bathroom I can use on the 2nd floor where our room was and he said no, I’d have to go down to the ground floor. At this point, I’m beyond livid and I’m trying to figure out how I should go down at 5am, in my night gown, to use the public hotel bathroom. This experience has been absolutely horrifying and I will never stay at a Radisson hotel again.

Suggested solution:

A full refund for my 4 night, 5 day stay.
