My complaint:
I stayed at this hotel on June 17th and as a Vietnam Veteran I was appalled at the state of the American flag. It has been in this condition for a good while. It is a shred of a faded and torn flag and a disgrace.
Suggested solution:
Call me and explain why the flag was not replaced or taken down. I have pictures of it.
