My complaint:
A stained seat on the desk chair resembling a leak from genitals and on the layback reclined seat. Stained carpets and hot beverage stains on the bedbase. Wooden furniture of the desk, luggage stand and fridge surrounding cabinet peeling and split. Damp marks upon the wall by the window. The room upon entering wreaked of stale cigarette smoke . The mattress is too small for the bed base leaving at least 4 inches of bedbase exposed on each side.
Suggested solution:
Management should remove the offending seating as it is beyond cleaning and replace with new or at least with clean and respectable alternatives. Replace the carpets and wooden furniture. At least provide a mattress that fits the bedbase.
