My complaint:
I was given a gift card for a special lunch to be held in Radisson Blu, Dublin for xmas. Tried using it last week to find the staff tell me it’s invalid and that I need to contact HQ to retrieve a new card. They reported that they have had this problem before, where the purchaser buys online, in good faith, to find the card is invalid when presented inhouse. The code number on the card is 310557 46884 100008162 7. Please revert to me ASAP.
Suggested solution:
Replace the gift card with a valid one.
