My complaint:
I have booked two rooms for stay on 2nd June and we were 4 adults ( two couple and 1 children below 4 yrs ) but missed to provide the wife details at the time of booking. Hotel has charged 3360 extra for our family to stay with us and informing us about it @ 2 am. In rooms Iron, slippers, cotton bud was missing. Telephone was broken, door stopper wasn’t there. Steam room wasn’t working. It is my stay at radisson property
