Radisson Blu complaint: NOT GIVING ROOM FOR 2 HOURS

My complaint:

Captain Akshay His subordinates Shub in corporate booking giving rooms 30 rooms to our organisation when myself my colleague waiting last to get room where ever our name mention that room someone else occupied after that he didn’t bother to contac each room where any single room occupied in which he can give stay to us instead of we try to call each every room find out that 1 person in room without check inn he got key of room so we ask him to call at reception take that key give to us along with allocate that person room whomsoever single person stay as we have all double room booking .

After 2 hours keep us standing 2 hours waiting he knows that 1 room 727 naveensingh is single person so we ask him to give that room to person who doesn’t check inn get key from others he don’t give us we ourselves ask room no.217 727 stay differently after 2 hours of standing waiting both this reception person just enjoying seen neither calling anyone to find vacancy nor helping us to get room rude behaviour never ever experience from such group where only 1 key for double occupancy instead of 2 keys shows that’s the rule of hotel . Never ever attitude to resolve issue attitude which we now escalate 100 review of this behaviour to across our group

I want strong action apology letters from the hotels
