My complaint:
We purchased and registered our QuickBooks Pro 2007 version on March 15, 2007. I have printed proof of registration with license number and product . We recently upgraded our computer and had QuickBooks disk and reinstalled on the new computer. We have continued using it with no problem and then all of the sudden last week a message pops up saying you have exceeded the number of unregistered users, you must register to continue using Quick Books. Except Quick Books claims they have no record of our company name, license number, etc. They tell me we must purchase a new license to regain access to our company file.
