My complaint:
I have been trying to get Quickbooks online to release two of my husband’s customer payments for over two weeks or more. I have called just about every day. I have been placed on hold for over two or more hours. Every representative tells me something different. I am very frustrated at this point. It started when his business name in the system didn’t match the actual name and I have been jumping through every hoop. It still has not been resolved. I was told we needed a link to upload a copy of my husband’s business identification number, but I waited for about a week or more to get that link and it wasn’t until I called again that I finally got the link. I uploaded the document they requested, and the funds are still on hold. I called this morning and was told by the representative that the funds were being released, but on my end, it shows that they are still on hold. Now what? I am at my wit’s end with this.
Suggested solution:
We want our money released and put into his checking account.
