My complaint:
In an attempt to force users to subscribe to their newer desktop versions Intuit is REMOVING functions from Quickbooks 2020 software. I am forced to update my software in order to open my files. Once I update I am notified that bank feed functions will stop working as of May 2023. I know of no other product, that I purchase, that the manufacturer later removes functions from the original product. How is this legal??
Suggested solution:
Continue to provide all functionality for software I purchased that was available at time of my purchase. Even if the product is no longer considered supported by Intuit there is no reason to make changes that result in loss of functions. I download bank transactions and import manually. There is no reason this function should be removed.
