My complaint:

I paid $649.99 for help with setting up Quick Books with Rahul and almost every question requires a call back after checking with someone behind the else. However, the call back never happens and I have to call back and ask why no call back! Now the I want a refund of the $649.99 for help or at the very least a big partial refund. I will no longer tolerate this poor service and I will make my compliant as public as possible. I even doubt anyone will respond. Service in the USA is dead, buries and forgotten!

Suggested solution:

Since I get more info from online instructors than you, I want a refund of my $649.99 payment to you for the same. My experience with Quick Books has been most disappointing! I would rate your service almost as poor as ATT. ATT is the worst company in the world for service, even their employees will agree with this!
