My complaint:
On 4th February I called quick books to buy a subscription to do book keeping for my business Preeti brow Threading spa LLC . Representative name Alder collis phone number 2133720558.
He told me it will cost me $500 one time fee and then $200 monthly fee. I agreed and bought subscription and paid by my personal american express credit card.
During discussion i did asked him about my other business its rental income business IP Homes LLC and i told him i need to keep record for my expenses, He gave me a best offer for $12.50 per month for 1 year. I bought the same. So i was charged $12.50 on same card.
this was the complete story.
End of Feb i was reviewing expenses for my business and did saw two $500 transition . One in my business account and other in my personal credit card.
I did notified 3-4 time to quick books with a complain number 1576536490. I was notified that the transition is cancelled and i will get a refund in 24 hrs.
Its 6 week now still did not received refund.
Very frustrating.
Quick books has stool my money from by bank with out my permission.
