My complaint:
The Regional manager in Amarillo.
He continually discriminates the store leaders significant others. Tells store leader that he will gladly sit and have a conversation with that store leader and their spouse to let the spouse know “quick quack regulations” as if that store leader isn’t following regulations when they are. He constantly tells store leaders their significant other needs to make sacrifices with their work. That we need to figure out our personal issues so the store leader can follow regulations. The problem is, store leaders and their significant others are doing perfectly fine! Working hard to better the store and the workers all while also raising their own family! Taking Care of their children, taking them to doctor appts, picking them up from childcare but GOD FORBIDE a store leader doesn’t work 6am-9pm. He needs to understand people have families and the time the store leader is working, he’s getting his job done. He’s doing best on what he was trained on. If he’s failing.. well more than half the time it’s because he has not trained that store leader. He needs to quite assuming store leaders and their spouses have issues because that store leader can’t work a 15 hour shift when that is not a regulation what so ever.
Suggested solution:
Confront him and he needs to quit putting himself is store leaders personal life. Although he may not be married or have kids, he needs to understand people have families to take Care of.
