Quest Diagnostics complaint: Wait time too long!

My complaint:

Previous appointment for lab work ended waiting 1 12 hours for blood draw. They were way behind with appointments and people were walking out. Today I took in a 24 hour specimen and I was told ahead of time I just had to drop it off. When I arrived to drop it off I was told to sign in (by a rude employee). Waiting room was full and I could tell by the monitor they were already way behind with appointments. This was at 9am! The person next to me was there to drop off a specimen also and I asked her how long she had been waiting. She said 12 hour! That’s absolutely ridiculous! I left my specimen on the unmanned desk and at this point could care less if they take care of it or throw it out! By the way, they use kiosk to sign in so you don’t get to speak to anyone until you’re called unless you catch someone as they call others in!

Suggested solution:

They need someone at the desk and not make so many appointments for the same time! Desk person could be entering requisitions and taking in specimens brought in.
