My complaint:
Had an appointment in the at but couldn’t keep it. Had to cite in as a walk in.
Computer kept logging me in as my appointment even though I cancelled it.
Trying to get help from any nurse but they were frustrated as they are trying to do their job with other patients.
No customer service support at the front desk and several elderly needs help as well. This is a terrible system and although convenient in some cases there should be a person available.
Suggested solution:
Add a receptionist.
I also had the experience of the Check in computer not working and the receptionist window was boarded up because they no longer provide customer service. Just a room with a large t.v. blaring commercials. A really awful experience and troubling to think this is the direction corporations are going in the future. This is a multi billion dollar company who is just trying to save a buck. People need jobs and we are allowing too many jobs to be taken by AI.
