My complaint:
The last 3 times I have been to this location for blood work the place reeked of cigarette smoke. Just like the old bars used to smell before they banned smoking. On my visit on December 29, 2023 there was even a cloud of smoke hanging down from the ceiling. The Quest technician is obviously smoking in the facility before patients show up and in between patients. Everytime you go into this location you come out smelling like cigarette smoke. This is completely unacceptable for a health care facility to be exposing patients to their lab technicians secondhand smoke. I hope the new CEO JIm Davis will correct this at the Quest locations.
Suggested solution:
Do unannounced early morning (when they first open) visits to this location from someone other than the technicians immediate supervisor. The reason being the immediate supervisor has to know the technician is smoking in the facility and has not done anything about it.
