My complaint:
the Santa rosa lab refuses to black patience the supervisor made my appointment and assured that it was at Santa rosa but again when i got there the appointment was not at Santa rosa but at los poses quest refuses to accept black people at this lab
Suggested solution:
fire the racist fat white employee and hire a more diverse staff
