My complaint:

Tuesday march 21, approx 8:15 am—-I have always had my lab testing done at Quest.. Did not think it should be done with one of the two competing hospitals in Pgh. I did not have an appointment, a walk in… When I arived there were 2 cars in the parking lot approx 8:20 a patient was walking out while I was walking in. Filled out the detain on the automatic register apparatus. Told me that my weight time was (I think it said 4 hour wait but would try to get me in when they could) … There was not one other person in the waiting room the two employees were standing on the other side of the entrance door (it has a glass pane) and you can see in) to the lab talking…not making any attempt to communicate.
see through —I waited 23 – 25 minutes they were still talking I got up and left. I sat in the parking lot five minuets no one showed up I Left NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN.

Suggested solution:

I think management should be aware of the lack of service performed by their employees. These two at this location could have cared less on what was going on they were more concerned about what ever they were talking about. Some patients don't have time to sit around to weight on the employees who are just putting in their time..
