My complaint:

On 1102023, I was instructed to go to the WellNow Urgent Care for my occupational health physical lab work, urine specimen, vision test. I was contacted by my HR department that my employer had not received my blood work results from Quest Diagnostics as of yesterday, February 7th and that I would have to have them redrawn. Not only is this an inconvenience but I am unable to start my job and my start date has been pushed back until my employer has received my blood work which they should already have received if it wasn’t lost in the first place by the courier from Quest or Quest Diagnostics and the mishandling of my blood work. I want to know what happened to my blood work, is it just floating around and why has it not been located. This has cost me loss of wages since I am not able to start employment and I am very frustrated and want to have someone contact me soon with answers and a plan to make this right.

Suggested solution:

find my loss blood work and overnight it to my employer, Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore, MD
provide me with an apology and an explanation as to why this happened
