My complaint:
I had an appt scheduled for 1:30 on 08042021. I arrived on time checked in thru text and waited outside the door for about 10 minutes. The employee was talking to a couple inside so i walked inside and waited another 10 minutes. I stood there for a total of 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged. I finally said to her I had an appt almost 25 minutes ago and I am here on my lunch break so now I have to reschedule. She didnt say anything to me so I had to leave. I think the employee should have excused herself and taken my blood work because I had made an appointment. Very rude and unprofessional, what is the point of making an appt. when they dont stand by them, like my time isnt important. I really needed to have that blood work done now I dont know if my doctor will receive it in time because I cant get in to another location til friday. will never go to this location again. I also posted a complaint on complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Squeeze me in for blood work tommorrow.
