My complaint:
3 x this week I scheduled online appts. 3 x this week I was denied from the RUDE receptionist that I wasn’t in the system. I’m disabled. I wasted 4 hours of my life this week with travel time and appt time only to be told a 40 min ‘walk in’ wait time or ‘try again online. It’s ridiculous, they can’t make appts right in the office? This is 2021. Update your system Quest. It didn’t matter that I had the ation number via e-mail, she didn’t care. She wanted the scan fm phone. I don’t have that knowledge, the ation number via email should have been enough. Not all patients want to give BOTH phone e-mail info online due to security reasons. Your page only asks for one, NOT both.
Suggested solution:
Read above and figure this out please. And stop hiring rude receptionists, patients are already stressed enough.
