My complaint:
Once again the same nasty individual has denied my appointment. Today it was because I was 10 minutes late. Meanwhile I had been standing outside per protocol. In the past it was because we don’t see it even though it was arranged by a regional supervisor. Rather than look to help this person is rude, inconsiderate and as uncaring as someone could be. This floor manager who I understand has many complaints is the rudest, least customer friendly person I have ever met and she in fact closed the door on my hand.
Suggested solution:
This individual and all staff who are in contact with the public should be warned, completely re trained and better supervised.
