My complaint:
Quest Diagnostic refused to provide services to me informing I am in collection for Date of Service 09/15/2022. I called my insurance company and quest Diagnostic did not file my bill with my insurance company. I never received a bill and they forwarded my bill in collection.
Suggested solution:
My bill needs to be submitted to my insurance company and remove me from collection.
