My complaint:
My appointment is at 2:50 I did check in at 2:56 before the 10 minutes Grace period, I was waiting for 50 minutes their never called so I did asked them why my name never called, been waiting but their never even bother to ask what’s name. But they said they would be able to see me after their last appointment so I’ve waited again, 1 hours and 5 minutes total but after the last appointment they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me coz I checked in at 3:08 but I know I checked in before that. This lady was lying about my checked in. They refused to help me after and told me to live the building coz their close after they told me to wait. It coz me a lot of pain on my chest I couldn’t even breathe after that i was shakingcoz i did my fasting all they because of my appointment for bllod works.. Nobody wanted to treated that way. I asked their names and they don’t want to give it to me so i could complain them They just wanted me to live coz their close.
Suggested solution:
I want them to fire the 2 lady that did that to me
