Quality Suites complaint: The disgusting treatment during my stay!

TERRIBLE! I stayed here during the coronavirus pandemic and at 1st as long as Steve, Christy and Derrick were the personnel handling the front desk that took care of me, my stay felt like I was among family, we ate together and always took care of eachother. As soon as the racist prick chris was placed as a temporary gm, he ruined everything even for other employees of the hotel! He’s a disgusting human being and should get fired immediately if they value any of their customers! I’m gonna make sure to give terrible ratings on every site possible not just Google! My tub was backed up regularly I never got it fixed, the cops were called to my door over a false accusation of smoking in the rooms which at best is grounds for a talk and the $250 smoking fee not to call the cops on a Diamond Elite Choice rewards member such as myself, I guess being Puerto Rican in a white hotel was not a good idea! He locked me out of my room for almost 5 hrs despite knowing that I work 3rd shift and that I was tired, dirty and hungry the one time and kept me outta the room another time for over an hour. He kept raising the rates and illegally charged my card despite me telling the hotel to remove my card from the system. I had other guests, front desk staff, maintenance and housekeeping all walk in on me (naked mind u) there were 3 break ins to some cars in the lot the 1st week I was there. During the 2nd week, there was a drug addict hiding in the linen room and the kitchen (staff only areas) cut the cable and phone lines. Lights went out twice while I was there, my room kept getting a layer of black stuff for some reason, my window was completely off the hinges and could probably be popped open in seconds as easily from the outside as it did from the inside. My AC was damaged from the outside so everytime someone got caught on it as they walked past my window it would slap back so hard that it felt like a boulder hit it. I can keep going but why bother, by now u get the bigger picture… RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, it’s over priced for a stinky, dingy and just plain crappy place where the temporary gm chris is the first one to prove that there’s no Quality service at Quality Inn This company doesn’t care about the guests that spend money there, they only care about the money itself. DON’T RENT A ROOM HERE EVEN FOR A DAY! I’m consulting an attorney about this stay, the company can thank chris’s racist ways for that! This is not how any human should be treated especially not one that spent thousands at that junky motel, oh yeah there’s a program from Thursday to Sunday every week where all these drug addicts and DUI’s come and disrupt the peace of the hotel because they’re always everywhere, askin for cigarettes and roaming the halls! DON’T DO IT! RUN! STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Suggested solution:

Refund of the full amount $2301.02, a formal apology face to face from the temporary gm who discriminated against me and the corporate office of that hotel in particular and from Choice Hotels Corporate for keeping this trashy hotel on their list of hotels and not taking appropriate actions to resolve the issues I was having. And for the temp gm chris swails to be terminated!
