My complaint:
The hotel was very old acting the elevators aren’t in mint condition and they sound like they are bound to break, but that was the least of my worries the thing that really has struck me is that the hotel rooms have bed bugs. I woke up with serval bites on my body. Knowing that the bites came overnight only meant bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel for some type of compensation. The manager immediately tells me there is nothing they can do.
Suggested solution:
Thoroughly clean there rooms and beds........!
