My complaint:
My family and I have been at quality inn for a month nw not once have we had our room clean they are unprofessional they don’t like to change your stuff out all he is worry about the money man every thing in this room is broken I have pictures I work on pensacola beach at best Western as a houseman so I no the do and dont so if possible I would like a full refund and couple free night please I have no wear to turn to I’m liven off pay check
my children’s ages are 4,1,and 5 months it shouldn’t be wires showing from all sockets in this room.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund asap and a hotel voucher if possible.
