My complaint:
I booked online and walked in with my 13 year old child i had a chase card and 300 cash and i still was refused service .i was shaking scared in shock confused i got put in a low self. This reservation was for the inside pool for my child to swim for birthday..Horrible experience and i feel i have to speak up for the ones who dont.I own my own home.Family 2 sisters were in town for my childs birthday with gifts and balloons.Everything that happened destroyed my spirt of my childs day..I scheduled online over a week in advance

He should lose his position as being general manager. He needs more training. He called booking .com and asked them to charge my debt card 109.00 for cancelling reservation when he said he is chosen to not rent a room to me.He ask me to leave...im hurt.Then to do that.They contacted me to find out what happen.So they waived the cancellation fee.After i told my side of the storie.I was crying and very hurt . Noone should treat me this way. He shouldnt be working customer service if he dont like my kind. Hispanic with tattoos because thats the only thing i can think of why he was so mean and treated me horribly. please conscience this manager so he can learn from this ...
