I booked online and walked in with my 13 year old child i had a chase card and 300 cash and i still was refused service .i was shaking scared in shock confused i got put in a low self. This reservation was for the inside pool for my child to swim for birthday..Horrible experience and i feel i have to speak up for the ones who dont.I own my own home.Family 2 sisters were in town for my childs birthday with gifts and balloons.Everything that happened destroyed my spirt of my childs day..I scheduled online over a week in advance

    The manager is trying to get my comments on the reviwed online band.i got a message that it was reported...This is my experience..He should not be able to go this far
