My complaint:
Had a heavy bag. Gave me a second floor room. 96 year old woman the same. Thank god her grandsons were there.Elevator not working. Pool and hot tub had so much chlorine it burned my eyes. My socks were so dirty I could not believe it!!! Sheets and towels yuellowed…
Suggested solution:
My money back for part of my stay would be nice. I was there for 5 days.
