My complaint:
In 2020 i booked 2 tickets to Jakarta Indonesia NFKQ75 nmr 157 9027200527 and NHBOHN 157 9027211247 Later after they had been cancelled cause of Covid 2th booking RW22QA NMR 157 2387739865 and
RWXMMW NMR 157 2380857806 who had been again cancelled cause of Covid and replaced by vouchers! NOW we Called whole week long with customer service to get tickets BUT NOBODY could help us and can fix the problem! We need a smart worker who understand to give us new tickets which we PAYED already almost 2 years ago and we NEED THEM URGENT cause we re running out of time! HELP US!!
Suggested solution:
Just to exchange our vouchers by new tickets to make sure we can depart May 2th to Jakarta Indonesia, we already called 6 times with your customer Service and they always ask different numbers and dont understand anything!
