My complaint:
I purchase 2 seats (emergency exit) on the 3rd March (as invoice) for $273.70 due the long distance flight from Sydney to Sao Paulo.
2 days before the departure Qatar changed my seat without any communication or reason. At the boarding time we realized the seats were not the ones I choose and paid for. Qatar gave us the seat at the toilet and do not want to refund the amount that I paid for the seat. I already sent many emails asking for the refund and the customer service attendant do not care about saying Qatar have the right to change the seat at any time.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money $273.70 or give us the business class seat in our way back home.
