My complaint:
I had to call your help line which the girl said she was located in India I was on the phone for over a hour trying to get seat allocations with a voucher, she kept saying because she is doing it manually it was taking time she was very rude and I had no confidence in her eventually I received an email with my seat allocations.
I do not understand why you cannot pay your seat selection with the Qatar voucher online and why it took helpdesk so long to process
Suggested solution:
Be more professional and communicate with what the issue is and why it was taking so long. Not acceptable.
