My complaint:
For the second time this holidays, Qantas flights are not on time with delays of hours.
Little info except a message, well after we can see it’s been pushed, to cheerfully announce that we will be waiting another hour and a half.
Suggested solution:
I just make the point that in my profession, if you were constantly doing this, as they are, I would not have a job. Why is there not a less than one star rating here?
