My complaint:
I hold Qatar platinum status and One World Emerald status. This is supposed to affirine Qantas platinum benefits. As a One World Emerald member flying business class on Qantas I should be allowed to make my own seat selection. Qantas are not honouring the One World agreement and instead block One World members from selection of seat.
Suggested solution:
Honour the One World agreement and allow One World Emerald members to select seating. Compensation for 5 hours in total on phone to their offshore call centre whi don't even know what One World is!
