Qantas complaint: 2 months and still no refund

My complaint:

I cancelled my flight April 17 ( i am registered as a frequent flyer of Qantas) my flight is flexy hence I can get full refund if cancelled before flight. Followed up multiple times via email and call and they gave different timeframe on when can i get my refund. website and voice says refund is within a week. customer service giving me different answer and was asked to call manila office to follow up on my refund wherein im here in nz and im calling nz hotline which is also answered by callcenter in manila.. so i do not really get their process. no one is answering my follow up emails now in manila office.
